To ensure the quality of our service and planning, we enforce a strict cancellation policy.
1. Cancellations and Refunds
- Up to 30 days before arrival: 50% refund.
- Less than 30 days before arrival: No refund possible.
2. No-show and Early Departure
- In case of a no-show, no refunds will be issue.
- If you leave earlier than planned, the full booking amount remains due; no refunds will be issued.
3. Reservation Changes
We understand that a reservation may sometimes need to be modified. However, Guesthouse Vlamynckpoort is not obligated to accept every request. Whenever possible, we will check whether our calendar and bookings allow for the change. The closer the request is made to the departure date, the more difficult it may be to accommodate.
4. Exceptions
- In case of force majeure (such as natural disasters or government-imposed travel restrictions), we may offer a voucher for a future stay. Personal circumstances do not qualify.
